
The new Prime Minister, Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva, expressed his gratitude to the Head of State for the trust placed in him. In his address to the attendees and all Rwandans, he stated, “I want first to express my deepest gratitude to the President of the Republic of Rwanda for the trust he has placed in me.
