On November 30th, H.E. President Kagame will join EAC Chair President Salva Kiir Mayardit of South Sudan, host President Samia Suluhu Hassan of Tanzania, President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda, President William Ruto of Kenya, Vice President Prosper Bazombanza of Burundi, and EAC Secretary-General Veronica Nduva for the opening of the 24th Ordinary Summit of the EAC Heads of State.
